Project Initiation
In this phase, we work with our clients to define the project goals, scope, and resources of the project, and what roles are needed on the team. We clarify what stakeholders expect out of the project, and what exactly the project is aiming to achieve (and why) to give the project and team clear direction.
Project Planning
In this phase, we determine the steps to achieve the project goals—the “how” of completing a project. We establish budgets, timelines, Risk logs and milestones. This step also involves calculating and predicting risk, putting change processes into place, and outlining communication protocols.
Project Execution
In this phase, we put the plan into action. We assign tasks, manage resources, and track progress. We also communicate with stakeholders and manage any changes that arise.
Project Monitoring and Control
In this phase, we monitor the project’s progress and performance to ensure that it is on track. We identify any deviations from the plan and take corrective action as necessary.
Project Closure
In this phase, we formally close the project. We ensure that all deliverables have been completed, and that the project has met its goals. We also conduct a post-project review to identify any lessons learned and areas for improvement.
